MyData 2 – Client Interface Portal
RDC clients want an easy to use window into our operational activities and so we provide a web based portal as our primary interface.
This portal can be used for; quotations for non contracted services, collection requests, transfer requests, consignment status information, invoice copies and the provision of reporting.
This portal gives client instant access to live data whenever it is required and greatly simplifies the interaction with RDC.
Circular Services – Service Delivery
RDC allocate a Service Manager to all corporate accounts, they will be the primary point of contact for any queries or issues that may need to be addressed.
In this way we build up our knowledge of the key drivers in your business so that we can tailor our service offering accordingly.
The Service Manager is supported by a customer experience team who can provide urgent responses and quote requests when the Service Manager is unavailable.
Customer satisfaction and care are fundamental to ensuring long term mutually beneficial relationships that maximise value to our clients.
Circular Services – Security
Security is a fundamental element in everything that we do. RDC has a dedicated security manager, responsible for all aspects of security.
Physical Security; The RDC site has a perimeter fence, CCTV, intruder and fire systems, is permanently man guarded (on-site presence) and is manned by vetted personnel. We use metal detectors on all personnel leaving our operational areas along with random physical searches of bags, lockers and vehicles.
RDC Logistics Vehicles; have enhanced locking systems, alarms, trackers, CCTV, are manned by security cleared personnel and can be allocated to prearranged routes for point to point collections/deliveries.
Data; RDC never accesses data on any device sent in for processing, anything that is data bearing is either wiped electronically using government approved software or physically destroyed by shredding or incineration in a licensed secure facility.
